Weiti Boating Club: Services Payments Policy.
The following sections outline the WBC expectations of members when making use of club services. Each of the services offered is defined in the table below along with the expected payment timeframe. Failure to meet this timeframe will result in the actions defined in section 3 being applied.

- Payment options
- Hello Club (preferred method) – using Stripe, POLi or account credit.
- Internet banking – direct payment to WBC bank account.
- Online Credit Card payments
- EFTPOS – available only when office is open. Copy of invoice to accompany payment.
- Cash – payable to Club Manager only (not preferred)
- Application for credit for compassionate grounds to be submitted in writing for the consideration of the General Committee.
- Non payment actions
- Overdue balances
- All service balances that are not cleared by the Last date to pay in the above table may be subject to a 2.5% penalty per month on the outstanding balance.
- Debt collection services
- All service balances that are not cleared within 3 months of the Last date to pay in the above table will be referred to a debt collection agency. Any debt collection fees will be added to the amount owing.
- Any membership fee non-payments referred to debt collection may also trigger the removal of club membership.
- Any mooring fee non-payments referred to debt collection may also trigger the cancellation of the mooring permit.
